By accessing and using HisaabKitaab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of HisaabKitaab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. These terms apply to all users of the Personal Portal, Business Portal, and Admin Panel.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Business Portal users must provide a valid GST number.
• Each user is allowed one account per portal (personal and business).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the admin panel.
• Upload malicious code, scripts, or content that could harm the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality, servers, or networks.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.

4. Wallet and Charging

• The wallet system uses virtual credits that can be topped up by the admin or through payment gateway (when available).
• When charging is enabled by the administrator, fees will be deducted from your wallet balance for specific actions (entries, report downloads, email reports).
• Wallet charges are non-refundable once deducted for a completed action.
• The admin reserves the right to change charge amounts at any time. Changes will be reflected in the pricing page and settings.
• The Platform is not a financial institution. Wallet balances are virtual credits for using Platform features only.

5. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. HisaabKitaab is a tool to help you organize and track your financial information. We do not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any data you input. The GST reports and financial statements generated are based solely on your input and should not be considered as certified financial or tax documents.

6. GST and Tax Compliance

The GST reports and calculations provided by the Platform are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax professional for official GST filings and tax compliance. HisaabKitaab is not liable for any errors in GST calculations or reports.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with HisaabKitaab are the intellectual property of the Platform owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HisaabKitaab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Account Termination

• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
• The admin may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be marked as deleted and will not be recoverable.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
